Weddings by Zoe Services
- Your Love Story: In-person or video call meeting to get to know each other and your love story. Go over your responses in the Booking Questionnaire - the structure of your ceremony, and what the next steps are. Integrate your love story into your wedding ceremony
- Assistance With Your Marriage License: I will help you make an informed decision on what type of Marriage License to apply for. I will email you a direct link to the County Clerk's application and provide tips for a smooth process so you know what to expect when you pick up your license.
- Coordination of Your Ceremony: Professional coordination of your wedding ceremony. I work with you and your vendors to coordinate your ceremony at your chosen venue/location.
- Assistance With Your Vows: I provide guidance on writing your own personal vows and will review them so that they fit well into your ceremony.
- Unlimited Calls & Video: I really do care about your wedding ceremony and for you to have the best experience with my services so calls and videos are unlimited, I am always accessible to you and respond quickest by text
Pricing is as follows…
Wedding Ceremony $400
Full ceremony at your chosen venue/location:
- In-Person or Video Call meeting to discuss the details of your wedding ceremony.
- Personalize and build your ceremony to reflect your love style.
- Coordinate the ceremony with your vendors.
- Travel to your location (fees apply for long distances).
- Sign your marriage license and personally send it to the County Clerk.
Civil Union $200
For the couple that desires an intimate ceremony or elopement at my office:
- Four-person max ( the couple and 2 witnesses or their photographer)
- Provide a simple but lovely ceremony (7-10 mins long)
- Sign your marriage license and personally send to the County Clerk
Signing Only at my Office $100
For the last-minute couple that only needs to take care of the paperwork:
- Four-Person max (the couple and 2 witnesses)
- Bring your marriage license
- Available any hour of the day by appointment, in the privacy of my office Monday to Friday and before 12 pm on Saturday & Sunday.
Additional Fees
- Travel Fees – Applied if more than 20 miles from 89143
- 21 to 35 miles – $50
- 36 to 50 miles – $100
- 51 to 75 miles – $150
- 76 to 100 miles – $200
Rehearsal Fee
- The rehearsal normally lasts about 30 – 40 minutes, it is not really necessary for me to be present but if you so wish then it’s $75 plus travel fees.
- If you need me to direct the rehearsal then it’s $175 plus travel fees.
